Elaine Harding
Managing Director

Elaine Harding set up Storm Recruitment in 2007 after working in Recruitment since 1996. Elaine initially headed up the Temporary Division for Griffin Personnel. In 1998 she established Reed Recruitment’s first office in Ireland and progressed to Senior Business Manager overseeing New business and managing a team of over 30 consultants, winning the most successful Reed office in 2000. After relocation to Wicklow, Elaine decided to set up Storm Recruitment which has gone from strength to strength.
She is AIPD and MII qualified and also graduated from the Royal University of Holloway with a Professional Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
Colette Messitt

Colette joined Storm Recruitment in 2018 and brings over 14 years’ experience across permanent and temporary recruitment.
Specialising in HR, Office Support and Temporary staffing, Colette works closely with clients across a range of sectors, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and managing high-volume campaigns. She has extensive experience in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, compliance and recruitment process management.
Colette also holds a CIPD-accredited Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Georgia Doyle
Operations Manager

Georgia joined Storm Recruitment in 2019 and has progressed from Junior Administrator to Operations Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the business.
She has extensive experience across payroll, compliance, systems management and process improvement, with a strong interest in digital systems, web authoring and operational efficiency. Georgia is also involved in maintaining and improving internal processes and infrastructure.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, a QQI qualification in WordPress Web Authoring, and a Diploma in Social Media Marketing from UCD and the Digital Marketing Institute.
Siobhan Harding

Siobhan joined Storm Recruitment in 2018. She previously graduated with a distinction in Higher Diploma Multi-Media Studies from DIT. She went on to work in facility management and then worked in customer service in Aer Lingus for 6 years. She then moved to GE Power Systems as EMEA Global Operations account leader, specialising in International Billing and Payroll for 5 years. She now manages our Billing / Payroll / Credit Control / Invoicing department, bringing a vast amount experience from her previous roles.
Claire Neville

Claire started her career in retail management in 2007 and since then has worked with several high-end retailers in Dublin. She is particularly interested in HR and making sure that she finds the perfect match for both candidate and client. Claire has a passion for helping people and with her extensive experience in both sales, e-commerce and customer relations, she is now using her skills to make successful job placements.

Sophie comes from a background in hospitality recruitment, with experience across the hospitality, events, and retail sectors. Sophie is now recruiting for our Accountancy & Finance roles. Sophie focuses on creating positive outcomes for both candidates and clients, using her recruitment knowledge to guide them and support the right decisions.
