Our client based in Bray are seeking a Sales / Office Administrator to join their team.
- Dealing and offering support to customers
- Preparation of quotations, order acknowledgements and invoicing
- Ordering stationery, cleaning supplies etc.
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Experience in pricing, preparation of quotations, dealing and offering support to customers – email basis.
- Knowledge of sage 200 or SAP desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation & communication skills
Hours of Work = 25 hours per week. 9am to 2pm but flexible post training.
Pro rata for hours worked = €20,745.40
Part-time hours: 25 per week
