Our client based in Bray are seeking a Sales / Office Administrator to join their team.
Duties involved:

  • Pricing
  • Dealing and offering support to customers
  • Preparation of quotations, order acknowledgements and invoicing
  • Ordering stationery, cleaning supplies etc.

Experience Required

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in pricing, preparation of quotations, dealing and offering support to customers – email basis.
  • Knowledge of sage 200 or SAP desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisation & communication skills

Hours of Work = 25 hours per week. 9am to 2pm but flexible post training.

Pro rata for hours worked = €20,745.40

Part-time hours: 25 per week
