Polish Speaking Sales and Marketing Administrator

Are you a Native Polish speaker with excellent Oral and Written communication skills?.

My Client based in Dublin 24, are seeking a Native Polish Sales and Marketing Administrator who is willing to travel to Poland occasionally.

This is an exciting opportunity, with huge potential for career advancement. Flexible working hours are available.

The company are also introducing a “great place to work initiative”.

The Role:

  • Liaise with Polish distributors.
  • Provide support to regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide Customer Service Support across the entire customer base, both in English and Polish.
  • Manage CRM systems.
  • Managing the sales process.
  • Translation of documentation.


  • Already located in Ireland.
  • The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Polish.
  • Must have experience in Sales and/or Marketing processes and Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Sharepoint. Knowledge of Salesforce or an alternative CRM system would be an advantage.
  • Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally as required.
  • Attention to detail is essential as you will be translating documents into German.
