Our client is looking for confident, engaging Customer Service staff to join their growing team in their very busy head office in Bray for a 2 month contract (possibility of a permanent role).
The role involves outbound calls and providing excellent customer service to their customers.
Ideal candidates will have previous call centre/customer service experience.
- Ensuring outbound KPI’s are reached
- Retaining customer loyalty
- Delivering superior customer service at all times
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all customers and team members
- Previous experience ideally in a call centre/customer service environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Be a team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- PC Literate
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent written and spoken English
