My Client based in West Dubin are seeking a Native German Speaking Administrator to join their existing team!

Office Administrator with German

Duties:

  • Liaise with German distributors.
  • Provide support to regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide Customer Service Support across the entire customer base, both in English and German.
  • Management and updates of CRM system and marketing materials.
  • Managing the sales process for products and parts from ordering through to dispatch.
  • Translation of all Sales and Marketing materials into German.
  • Occasional travel involved.

Requirements:

  • You must have fluent German and English and have an excellent customer service.
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing processes and Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally as required.
  • Car owner would be preferable but not essential.
  • Attention to detail is essential as you will be translating documents into French.
