This role will report and work alongside the IT Manager and the position will monitor and maintain internal computer systems and networks and troubleshoot and fix any hardware and software issues that may occur.
Ideally, you will have a least 1 -2 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is monitoring and maintaining internal computer systems and networks and also email and phone systems.
Experience providing remote / onsite support and project services to business users.
Experienced with troubleshooting and fixing network, computer and other hardware (routers, switches, printers, etc.) issues
Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2016
Experience working with Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10
Experience working with Office 365 admin center
Experienced with end user device configuration, support and troubleshooting
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to take ownership of issues / tasks and follow through without supervision
Ability to manage a budget and manage IT related projects
Ability to work as part of a team with strong customer service focus
