Calling all Grade III IV, V & VI Medical Administrators.
Covid Test Centres in Kildare & Citywest are seeking all levels of Administrators & Managers.
Grade III – 1 year + General office administration experience
Grade IV – Senior Office Administration experience
Grade V – Minimum of 3 years experience, be proficient in Excel, responsible for people management, managing attendance, TRO, procurement /stock analysis, analysis of data and dissemination of same to relevant bodies, excellent communication skills.
Grade VI – Good relevant past experience x minimum 3 years in a management role. As for Grade V, taking responsibility and using initiative to enhance overall team, working with heads of service . Formulation of data for daily/ weekly returns to national office.
This role will be required to work 5 over 7 days therefore weekend work may be required. 39 hours per week. Salary will reflect experience and be discussed should your CV be suitable.
