My client based in Wicklow are looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team.
Main Purpose of this Role:
This role is a support role within the office team. You will be required to work closely with management on a wide variety of daily tasks.
Main Tasks of Role:
– General administration duties.
– Assisting the Office Manager as required.
– Data entry including all products/stock etc.
– Use of our industry software – SAP.
– Preparation of documents as required by the Office Manager using Excel.
Experience and Skills:
– Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
– Strong administration skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Flexibility and the ability to work cross functions, balancing priorities.
– Self-confident with the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of our team.
