Internal Talent Recruiter

We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated all-star Internal Talent Recruiter to join our clients internal Sourcing organization.

You will have direct access to hiring managers while working closely to build strategies with our talented recruiting and sourcing teams. You must have the bold ability to sift through the internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent consultant for internal employees
  • Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process
  • Be an advocate and help launch the new internal mobility program
  • Manage the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance
  • Expand the existing Internal Talent Retention Program to other functions and acting as an Internal Talent Consultant for the top 20%
  • Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Act as a first line ambassador to internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company
  • Learning the profiles within your supported Talent Communities, so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
  • Partner with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process
  • Pipelining exceptional candidates for future opportunities

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on internal talent
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with top tier talent and key stakeholders
  • Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Desire to act as an internal employee career consultant
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Shining track record of success in a fast pace, totally frenetic environment
  • Improve the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix it
  • Experience partnering and influencing Senior level Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies
