Storm Recruitment are currently recruiting on an exclusive basis with a key client based in Ballymount in their search for a customer insight analyst. This is a newly created position reporting into the head of customer service and is pivotal in the growth of the business.
Ideally you will have experience within the Telecomms or Utility sector and possess fantastic analytical skills.
My client wishes to recruit a Customer Insight Specialist to work as part of the Retention Team. You will look after a wide range of analytical activities such as business intelligence, data manipulation, segmentation and statistical analysis.
This role is key to achieving my client’s customer growth and sales objectives.
Ability to extract and manipulate data sets to provide actionable insights and feed decision-making
Present findings to key stakeholders across the business
Using customer insights, feed into pricing of products and services including discounting, customer incentives, renewals and retention
Optimising data analytics capabilities to monitor KPI’s and develop market insight using data from multiple sources
Monitor and report on market trends in other markets
Skills you’ll bring:
Minimum of 4 years data analysis work, ideally within a commercial environment
Understanding of utilities consumer trends and competitive landscape
Experience of working in high-performing teams and engaging multiple stakeholders
Experience of analysing large data sets
Advanced Excel skills
Comfortable delivering presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, numerical and strategic problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges
