My client based in Ballymount are looking for an experienced call centre team leader to join their team.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting targets for both individuals and team
  • Measuring the performance of both individuals and team
  • Offering Team guidance and feedback
  • Helping to optimise procedures
  • Finding ways to motivate Team
  • Ensuring Team adhere to company policy, e.g. attendance
  • Updating, and preparing performance reports for, the Call Centre Manager

Must have previous experience as a Team Lead in a call centre.
