Our client based in North Wicklow is a dynamic international company and due to continued expansion are now looking to hire an administrator for the operations/payments dept.  

The Role:

  • Processing payments
  • Deletion of card details for collected payments
  • Managing calls from customers with queries
  • Liasing with sales team/ops team
  • Issuing invoices to customers
  • Checking payments due & received
  • Following up on outstanding payments
  • Processing refunds
  • Ordering & maintaining office supplies
  • Booking flights, hotels, car hire
  • Managing IT systems, broadband, laptops etc
  • Ensuring all new & departing agents have relevant IT, emails, etc
  • Realex administrator
