We are looking for a talented and motivated Workwear Sales Executive to join our clients Local Sales Team and to help them build up our business activities. The responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, help retain and grow existing business and maximise transactional business opportunities to become the Workwear, Washroom & Mat provider of choice for as many local businesses as possible.

The successful candidate will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company, to be responsible for initial lead generation of new business through to closure of business, manage accounts and seek additional services and revenue streams from new/existing accounts.

The salary on offer is €32,000-33,000 with an OTE of 60k-70k. This role also comes with a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct research to build knowledge of a local customer case.
  • Build and maintain a sufficient pipeline of opportunities to allow successful delivery of monthly sales targets
  • Plan prospecting ahead of time to ensure maximum productivity: who, where, why, what products etc.
  • Conduct research to build knowledge of a local customer base.
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer needs locally and use this information to transact and close business
  • Effectively negotiate to ensure commercially viable sales are achieved and profitability targets are maintained.
  • Manage accounts and seek additional services and revenue streams from your new/existing accounts.
  • Be proactive in developing new contacts and work with chosen customers to seek referral opportunities.

  • Update the sales system daily, to include cold calls, activity, opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient follow up on every lead within the appropriate timescales.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with Customer service team and other company departments.

Experience/Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience selling services to the B to B channel. (e.g., Industry, Services Sector).
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Presentation, interpersonal and computer application skills
  • 2+ years sales experience
  • IT literate
