Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport Coordination:
   • Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods to and from various locations.
   • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
2. Warehouse Support:
   • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory levels.
   • Assist in organizing and optimizing warehouse space for efficient operations.
3. Documentation and Administration:
   • Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
   • Ensure accuracy in recording and updating logistical information in the system.
4. Communication:
   • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
   • Address and resolve any issues related to transportation or warehousing.
5. Problem Solving:
   • Identify and resolve logistical challenges in real-time to minimize disruptions.
   • Propose and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus.
