An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Telesales Executive to join our Client, a leading supplier of easy-to-use online and offline bookkeeping software for small and medium businesses. This role offers a steady career in an emerging market. The purpose of the role is to generate maximum sales revenue by conducting telesales across our product range in a professional manner and achieving sales targets.

Salary: 28k to 30k (plus uncapped commission)
Location: South Dublin / Hybrid Role

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
  • Generate and maintain new leads and customers.
  • Meet internal performance standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Generate new business.
  • Actively manage and grow the referral base.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Have previous sales experience (experience with accountancy software is a plus, but not essential).
  • Be serious about advancing their sales career.
  • Possess competent computer skills.
  • Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Be self-motivated with drive and initiative.
  • Have efficient planning and organizational skills.
  • Be flexible to work outside normal business hours and at weekends for events if required.
