My client based in Newtownmountkennedy is seeking a Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, Mon – Fri 9 am – 5.30 pm, €28k – €30k DOE. This role is fully office based, there is no hybrid working available.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling telephone and email inquiries from customers.
  • Preparing offers and documentation packs.
  • Overseeing the dispatch of goods and preparing delivery dockets.
  • Assisting in the workshop when needed.
  • Updating Salesforce and other administrative tasks.
  • Visiting customers and suppliers as required.
  • Other ad hoc office and workshop duties.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and ability to work closely with others in a small team.
  • Local to the area of Newtownmountkennedy.
  • Technical knowledge and interest in learning.
  • Good office and administration skills, including MS Office, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to engage successfully with customers.
  • Interest in business development and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full Irish driving licence is essential.
