Our client based in North Dublin is seeking a support administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
- Manage an extremely busy inbox – approx. 400/500 emails per day.
- Ensure all emails are distributed to the correct department
- Liaise with customers when more information is required
- Build and Maintain strong working relationships with all clients
- Match Invoices to accounts.
- Prepare applications for the team
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all channels
- Act in compliance with regulatory and business codes in addition to achieving satisfactory audit ratings.
- Support other lending functions as required
Skills & Requirements –
- Strong communication Skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well as a team member.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
