Position – Store Manager – Leading Digital Retail Company
Location: West Dublin
Salary:     Competitive Salary plus excellent commission and benefits
Job Description: Our client, a prominent digital retail company, seeks a passionate Store Manager with at least two years of management experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy leading a team, and excel in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and meet customer needs with relevant telecom solutions.
  • Achieve individual, team, and store targets and objectives.
  • Resolve customer queries to minimize churn.
  • Assist the Area Manager with various duties, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties, including stock control, cash management, and data entry.
  • Train and motivate team members through effective communication skills.
  • Implement and stay updated on current and new policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed on company competitors (promos, tariffs, handsets, etc.).
  • Motivate the team to hit sales targets through effective leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent team leadership skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with our target audience.
  • Clear and simple communication skills that build trust.
  • Interest in mobile phones.
  • Relevant diploma or equivalent certification is desirable.
  • 2-5 years of retail or sales experience is desirable, although relevant life experience will also be considered.
  • Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
