We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service & Scheduling Manager to join our clients team, based in Kilcoole, Co Wicklow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating engineers, providing technical and administrative support, and overseeing the service aspects of the business. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate the team for various jobs.
  • Liaise with team throughout the day to ensure job completion and issue resolution.

Technical and Administrative Support:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to team.
  • Monitor outstanding orders for customers required for service works or general orders.

Order and PO Management:

  • Chase end-of-month orders and purchase orders (POs).
  • Track and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests, aiming to exceed SLA targets.

Customer Service:

  • Answer customer queries and resolve minor issues over the phone or via email.
  • Manage and resolve client issues in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their service tickets.

General Administration:

  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Arrange travel for engineers when necessary.

Service Oversight:

  • Oversee the service aspect of the business, including the Zendesk ticketing system, service reporting, and remote monitoring systems.
  • Lead, evaluate, and continuously improve service processes.
  • Ensure compliance in service processes and keep up to date with best practices and emerging technologies in AV, service, and support.

Service Contracts Management:

  • Manage service contracts in conjunction with the sales and admin teams, both on the client and supplier end.


  • Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong technical and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and remote monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies in AV, service, and support is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
