We are actively searching for an energetic and customer-focused Service Delivery Ops Manager to lead our client’s vibrant service delivery team based in Co Wexford, this role is offered on a hybrid basis with a salary of €60k – €65k DOE.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the efficient and effective delivery of top-notch services while fostering robust relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This exciting role demands a blend of leadership, technical prowess, and outstanding communication skills, overseeing a talented team of 3-4 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and prioritise customer needs, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Spearhead strategies for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Guarantee timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage the logistical aspects of all plant requirements within installations to ensure their efficient use.
  • Implement effective quality control measures across all company services.
  • Proactively identify and swiftly resolve technical issues affecting service delivery.
  • Optimise team performance, cultivating a collaborative and energetic environment.
  • Provide uplifting coaching and guidance to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Maintain enthusiastic control over service quality, promptly addressing any deviations.
  • Skillfully handle customer requests and complaints, evaluating them for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and passionately address customer needs within the business context.
  • Efficiently choreograph service delivery schedules, ensuring unwavering adherence to timelines.
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the service delivery team.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify exhilarating opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or elevating customer satisfaction.
  • Assess customer feedback with a creative spirit, infusing ingenuity to refine and enhance services.
  • Cultivate partnerships, joyfully liaise with team leaders, and resolve conflicts with efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bring 2-3 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role within the utilities industry (preferable).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is music to our ears, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sprinkle of positivity.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills with a flair for enthusiasm.
  • Boast the ability to work harmoniously in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiently navigate business support software and flaunt good computer skills.
  • Revel in experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics (advantageous).
  • Demonstrate resource planning skills with a joyful attention to detail.
  • Perform a dynamic symphony with project management and quality control skills.
  • Embrace a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
