We are looking for an experienced Service Co-Ordinator for our Client based in North Wexford.

The position is a temporary 3-4 months role. Hours are 9am to 5.30pm M-F.

The Service Co-Ordinator has overall responsibility for the resource scheduling of Call Outs for electricians and roofers and confirm apts with clients.

The role is to support the operations managers.
o Schedule call outs on a weekly basis in the most timely and efficient manner.
o Ensure call outs are closed out within a timeframe
o Responsible for scheduling planned preventative maintenance with clients and engineers in advance.
o Submitting documentation from callouts/ppm reports to service manager for review on a daily and weekly basis.
o Ensuring reports are sent to the client within the agreed timeframes.
o Liaise with finance in relation to invoicing for all the above works.

CRM System:
o Responsible for keeping all client data up to date i.e. contact details, equipment details on the Customer Relationship Management System.
o Weekly reporting to service manager and senior management team in relation to status of callouts, maintenance and small projects under the service team.
o o Liaising with project teams on completion of projects to ensure all new equipment under service contracts are updated.

Administration Tasks:

o  Ensure forms are completed and forwarded to client prior to commencement of works.
o o Admin support as required by Service Manager/s.
o Admin support as required by Technical teams.

Essential Requirements:
o 3years’ experience minimum in a similar service/ administrative function
o Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel i.e. must be able to input and understand formulas

  • Strong awareness of customer needs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good priority setting skills, and the ability to deal with multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail, well organised.
