Our client based in Bray are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with Dictaphone experience to join their busy office, on a full time, permanent basis.
- Correspondence, post, typing, Dictaphone typing, faxing, photocopying, filing etc.
- Logging all enquiries/telephone calls, etc.
- Updating clients website on a daily / weekly basis
- Treat all information and service users with confidentiality and discretion
- Ensuring all customers are greeted in a friendly manner.
- Issuing invoices to customers.
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong typing skills is essential
- Dictaphone typing is desired but not essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail, prioritisation and deadline orientated
