Our client in the renewable energy space is seeking a detail-oriented senior Administrator to join our team. As the primary liaison between their customers and installation teams, you will play a crucial role in facilitating grant applications for solar PV installations.
This role is on a hybrid basis, 4 days from home, and 1 day (Friday) in the office in Dublin City Centre. Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile essential documentation for customers to complete grant applications post solar PV installation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation, including invoices, certificates, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Provide customers with installation updates and ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to advise on additional information required for grant applications.
  • Compile post-installation documentation including handover documents as per grant requirements.
  • Stay updated with grant application regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide post-installation support to customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with grant application processes (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
