Sales support Admin:30k + Benefits(see below)

Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain customer price files
•Management of customer enquiries in support of Head of Sales
•Set up meeting rooms and organise lunch when required in supporting sales function in customer facing situations
•Support with the management and set up audio & visual equipment for presentations to customers
•Support sales team with certain travel arrangements and booking of hotels/flights etc where required for customers
•Know when to escalate potential challenges with customers to sales team
•Provide sales team with administrative support as required when they are travelling
•Support with presentations and drafting agendas for sales meetings & customer meetings
•Champion of minutes and notes in meetings
•Following up with sales team to ensure all tasks are completed in full in ensuring the best customer experience

Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:
•Excellent data entry skills and record keeping
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
•Must have driving licence and car
•Professional appearance
•Solid communication skills both written and verbal
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
•Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
•Excellent attention to detail
