Our client based in Sandyford are seeking an Sales Administrator/Order Processer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.  Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm, Fully office based.

Duties include:

  • Processing Sales Quotations & Sales Orders by phone and email
  • Receiving orders from customers and ensuring order pricing and required information is correct.
  • Maintain pro-active communication with customers regarding order confirmations/back-order status.
  • Liaise with customers regarding all aspects of customer service, order discrepancies, shipping dates, order status, customer queries etc.
  • Work closely with various internal departments e.g., purchasing and shipping; log and track customer queries to ensure a timely response.
  • Accuracy and the ability to Multi-task under pressure is a key requirement for this role.
  • Excellent customer service and phone manner is required.

  • Strong Analytical and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Good typing skills with proficiency in Microsoft office (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to remain focused as combining data entry and phone calls is key to the role.
