Our client who is a well-known home improvement company are expanding and are seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. They pride themselves on being a great place to work and there are always opportunities to develop and progress for ambitious candidates

This is an excellent opportunity for a person who enjoys communicating with customers and salespeople, working to deadlines and the responsibility of organizing all aspects of the Sales Office.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and schedule appointments for our salespeople with homeowners for their in-home design consultation
  • Coordinate and Support our Field Sales Team
  • Meet customers in our showroom and show them our range of products and present our product features & benefits and advise on best solutions for their requirements
  • Liaise with our marketing teams to schedule appointments
  • Complete daily Sales Reports
  • Communicate effectively with potential customers (inbound & outbound) via phone, email & Live Chat – always empathizing with the homeowner and seeking the best solutions while providing a premium customer experience

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

  • Sales Co-ordinating  /Sales admin/Customer service
  • Minimum experience,3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven phone-based sales support/ customer support experience
  • Experience in premium product sales is an advantage with an aptitude to retain & educate on features & benefits

Minimum three years’ experience in an office environment We solely deal with homeowners directly so B to C is an advantage
Hours of work are 8.30m to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Excellent Basic plus bonus
