Our client based in Co Wicklow is seeking a HR & recruitment assistant to join their team, on a full-time, permanent basis, providing support to Managers, advertising roles, reviewing and screening applications, scheduling interviews, issuing offers of employment, occasional interviews as required, researching and implementing recruitment advertising strategies, and on-boarding.
Requirements:
  • Relevant cert/diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year’s Recruitment experience/HR Admin in Recruitment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
