Our client based in Bray is seeking an experienced office administrator to join their team on a part time basis, Mon – Fri 9am – 2pm, €17 per hour DOE. This role will be hybrid after the training period.
Duties will include:
- Answering all calls.
- Liaising with CEO re quotes and availability
- Corresponding with clients through call and emails.
- Managing email inbox and ensuring to respond in a timely manner.
You will need:
- 3+ years experience in office administration.
- proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent attention to detail
- ability to work alone.
