We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Lead to join our client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-known international company based in Ireland. The right candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and proactive, also they will come from an industry with an automated plant.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff to produce manufactured products, and organize and monitor workflow.
• Focus on driving safety, quality, and productivity
• Continually monitor performance, and offer support where/when required
• Liaise with Quality Team where required
• Implement improvement plans and training schedules
• Ensure materials are at an adequate level at all times
• Ensure H&S standards are adhered to at all times
• Take part in production planning and developments

Skills required:

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Computer literate
• Leadership/Supervisory skills(essential)
• Disciplinary skills
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Background in one of the following industries essential, food manufacturing, automotive, automated plant, life sciences

Competitive Salary – €60k-€65k DOE including shift premium
This is a four-cycle 12hr shift 4/7.
