Description:

My client is seeking a dedicated and assertive assistant site Pharmaceutical Clean Room Manager to become an integral part of their esteemed pharmaceutical cleanroom team in Limerick. As a crucial member of their workforce, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility.

  • This a permanent role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Yearly salary ranging from 45-50K DOE.

Primary Duties:

  •  Maintain records of Fit testing and spirometry tests.
  •  Act as a point of contact and cover when the site manager is on leave.
  •  Track and submit time sheets as the number of employees increases.
  •  Assist in various aspects of the interviewing and setup process.
  •  Provide training for compliance tasks if needed for the new hires.
  •  Log and track employee absences and medical certificates.
  •  Communicate with supervisors and oversight team regarding new instructions.
  •  Help address payroll inquiries.
  •  Ensure adherence to current Health and Safety regulations by both contract and other management.
  •  Perform risk assessments.
  •  Investigate accidents to verify the effectiveness of the safety management system.
  •  Delegate tasks as required.
  •  Implement performance management systems on-site, including conducting appraisals and reviews.
  •  Advise on-site supervisors on disciplinary matters.
  •  Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees.
  •  Coordinate staff training needs for supervisors and staff and implement training programs.

 

Job Specific Requirements:

  •  Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor.
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  •  Demonstrated management abilities.
  •  Capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  •  Keen attention to detail.
  •  Practical and hands-on approach.
  •  Adaptability and flexibility are essential.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  •  Computer literacy is a prerequisite.
