Our client, a prestigious educational institution in North Wicklow, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Mon – Fri 11.30am – 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the program director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of educational materials and events.
  • Handle flight arrangements and manage the Director’s appointments.
  • Liaise with directors, manage phone calls, and handle related communications.
  • Handle general office duties and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Gather and collate information for ongoing campaigns, set up meetings, and produce reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
