We are seeking two experienced office administrators to join our team in Delgany on a part time / job share basis.
The roles will be split as follows: 9.30 – 1.30, pm 1.15 – 5.00 pm, €14 per hour.
Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases.
- Collating stock and posting to relevant parties.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
