Our client based in Arklow are seeking a part time office administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This person will be an integral member of the team providing administrative support, knowledge of stock management systems LIFO -FIFO is required.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and be proficient in Excel and also have a strong customer service and organisational skills background.

This is a part-time position approx. 20-25hrs per week. €15 – €17 Per hour

Requirements

  • 3 years previous experience in administration
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Stock management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, over the telephone and by email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on your own initiative

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the team in.
  • Assist with all office duties , stock management , and customer service .
  • Manage a high volume of emails.
  • Compile stock and other mgt reports when required.
  • Basic general administration duties associated with a busy dynamic distribution office.
