Based in Dublin 2 near the Dart station, this is an extremely varied role that involves high-quality admin support. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this person will provide support across all business functions, including directly to the Partners and must be structured and methodical.

It will suit a self-motivated, proactive and organised professional with an aptitude for learning and development, who is looking for a challenge and involvement in a culture that values employee contribution.

This is a permanent and full-time role, which requires the candidate to work fully in the office 5 days a week.

Main Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day running of the office
  • Supporting Partners with New Client onboarding; AML documentation and preparation of Client Engagement Proposals
  • Assist or manage ad-hoc projects as assigned by Partners/Operations Manager/Practice Manager
  • Office Management Duties; reception/meet & greet, post, bank lodgements, procurement of supplies
  • Facilities Management; repairs & maintenance
  • Internal/External Communication online and by email
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency’s, while also providing support for continuous improvement initiatives across the office.
  • Play an active role on the social committee
  • Other duties may be assigned to enable Partners/Wider Team to be more productive in their day-to- day activities

Skills & Competencies required:

  • You must have 3-5 years of experience
  • You will have proven ability and experience in a similar role
  • An enthusiastic approach to problem-solving, energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite [Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams], coupled with the ability to learn new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with very strong organisational skills and the ability to change hats quickly
  • Skill and experience in processing confidential and time-sensitive information demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
  • A professional, well-presented, friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Confident in working independently and without supervision

  • 21 Days Annual Leave [to include Good Friday]. Additional 1 day every 5 years.
  • Normal Working Hours are 9-5:30pm [1-hr Lunchbreak]
