Our client based in Bray are seeking an experienced office manager to join their team, to cover maternity leave, 6 – 12 month contract.

Duties will include:

  • Representing the company as the first point of contact either through front of house, telephone or email interactions.
  • Meet and greet clients, staff and suppliers.
  • Support the team with their travel requests and work with the project managers to support project related travel.
  • Day to day tasks will include ordering stationery and office supplies, arranging client meetings and entertainment, organising staff entertainment and events, liaising with office vendors, facilities management, arranging all global shipping and managing uncertainties around customs and import duties.
  • Assist in the presentation of documents and reports.
  • Responsible for managing and liaising with external H&S advisors.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Minimum 3+ years of office management experience in a busy environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Discretion and reliability is an important part of the role.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
