My client based in South Dublin are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their growing team! The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of training and development programs within the organisation.

The salary on offer is €40,000 and this role offers a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging materials, and managing registration
  • Maintain and update training materials, resources, and online learning platforms
  • Ensure that all training materials are accessible and up to date
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs within the organisation
  • Conduct skills gap analyses to determine specific training requirements
  • Design and develop training content and materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Liaise with external training providers and vendors to schedule and coordinate external training programs when necessary
  • Collect feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs
  • Evaluate training program outcomes and recommending improvements
  • Generate reports on training activities and attendance for management review
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the management of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology tools.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related role
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
