The Junior Health & Safety Advisor role they are hiring for is to collaborate with site and management teams, ensuring strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations across all project sites.

This role is based in Wicklow and it is a Monday to Friday role. The salary for this role is between 35k – 40k DOE.

Main Responsibilities:

Audit and Training Oversight:

• Develop and conduct audits, toolbox talks, and various training activities.

Safety Management System Enhancement:

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the effective implementation of an internal Safety Management System.

Accreditation Compliance Enhancement:

• Ensure the company’s adherence to and continuous improvement of Safe-T-Cert accreditation standards.

Employee Wellness and Mental Health Support:

• Collaborate on the implementation of programs and initiatives promoting employee wellness and mental health.

Plant & Equipment Supervision:

• Oversee all CRL plant and equipment, ensuring current certifications.
• Regularly update the plant and equipment register.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Proficient in computer applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a preference for familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrates strong abilities in communication, supervision, and managerial tasks.
• Possesses excellent IT proficiency.
• Exhibits outstanding organisational skills.
• Collaborates effectively within a team environment.
• Holds a valid current driver’s license.
