We are currently recruiting for an IT Field Support Technician to join our client’s team. This role will be based in the company’s branch in North Dublin but there are requirements for the candidate to travel to sites nationwide but mainly focusing on the greater Dublin area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support with hardware/software to end users on a variety of IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on end users’ IT equipment
• Order hardware and install software on any new devices
• Setup hardware for any new devices being dispatched to staff members

Skills required:

• IT qualification(required)
• Up-to-date with current technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to work independently
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Full clean driving license (required)
• Own transport(required)

Salary – €35k
