They require a full-time Inside Sales Executive to expand their client/customer base via sales of their CRM software into the property sector.

· Salary up to €32,000 doe with approx. €12,000 performance based commission

Responsibilities include:

· Identify new clients via networking and research
· Prepare presentations for potential clients and secure new business
· Acquire business agreements via outbound prospecting
· Work with senior management on marketing campaigns
· Building a pipeline while increasing campaign awareness
· Liaise with senior management regarding pipeline and productivity
· Update Salesforce with all leads and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone with confidence in crm sales and experience with presenting new systems to clients.
The company is focused on the property sector and providing smart solutions to real estate agents.


  • Excellent communication skills and strong closing skills
  • Three years+ CRM sales ideally with proven ability in gaining new business
  • A working knowledge of salesforce
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of customer behaviours and drivers in retention models
