Our client based in Dublin South is seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.  This role is fully on-site.

The chosen candidate will have a pivotal role in our clients talent acquisition efforts, ensuring to bring in top-tier individuals who align with their company’s values and goals. You’ll work closely with HR and management, streamlining their recruitment process to build a skilled and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively establish and maintain a talent pipeline for present and future staffing needs.
  • Assess white-collar candidate qualifications and suitability based on resume and application reviews.
  • Organise assessments and coordinate technical evaluations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to understand specific staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Manage interview scheduling, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Gather and convey interview feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide status updates.
  • Offer timely, constructive feedback, contributing to a positive employer brand perception.
  • Collaborate with HR to extend job offers and oversee offer acceptance.
  • Work with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess sourcing and hiring effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record as an in-house recruiter or similar role, with successful placements across departments and levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective evaluation of candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn sourcing.
