Our client based in Co Wicklow is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm €48K – €50K DOE.

As an HR Specialist for our client, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to their managers and staff. The organisation is undergoing significant expansion, necessitating a candidate with a flexible and adaptable approach to change. This role offers a diverse and dynamic environment with ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an HR partner to the business and Managers, encompassing various areas such as recruitment and selection, performance management, talent management, learning and development, and support for engagement and retention strategies.
  • Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement HR metrics to support their People Operations Excellence (POE) initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.

Essential Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HR systems.
  • Ability to conduct internal investigations with logic and practicality.
  • Proactive, energetic, and innovative approach to work.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resilient and positive attitude towards work.
