Our client based in Co Wicklow is seeking a HR Specialist for a maternity cover contract – 15 months.

As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to create an exceptional employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with our HR Operations Manager and the HR team to provide a range of services that include talent acquisition, administration support, onboarding, compliance, and more. Your focus? Enhancing the employee journey while aligning with our business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Skilfully handle HR admin services, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Lead the charge in making the employee onboarding process a breeze, collaborating with IT for process optimisation.
- Be the guardian of HR systems, managing reporting and correspondence, and ensuring data integrity.
- Spearhead talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with HR and Business Managers to meet staffing needs.
- Foster relationships with external partners and educational institutions, positioning us as an employer of choice.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Desired skills and experience
- Associate CIPD qualified with a degree in HR or related discipline and at least 3 years’ HR experience in a commercial setting.
- Advanced IT skills and familiarity with HR systems.
- Proven project management experience, coupled with process improvement expertise.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and strong report writing skills.
