Our client based in Sandyford is seeking an experienced HR Manager, to join their team.  This role is fully in the office, there is currently no option for hybrid working. 

You will be is responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR strategies and operational activities that support the organisation’s strategy and objectives. You will implement exceptional people practices within the organisation, by proactively engaging and supporting the organisation through daily HR management and designing and delivering key strategic projects.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

  • A level 8 degree or CIPD equivalent in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of three years Human Resources experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to provide guidance to line managers and HR team is critical for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
