Our client based in Bray is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is fully office based Mon – Fri 9 – 5 / 8-4.

Duties will include: 

  • Manage the company recruitment processes for all staff to include sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates in line with Company HR planning and strategy
  • Manage the probation, retention, engagement, dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and appraisals of staff
  • Keeping all staff files up to date and in line with GDPR
  • Be the point of contact for general HR queries and provide guidance and support to Managers on all HR processes, programmes, policies and initiatives
  • Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, processes and procedures that will promote optimum management and employee satisfaction in compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Manage organisational induction and on-board training
  • Complete KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Organising staff training & development
  • Development and implement initiatives to encourage employee attention and retention

Job Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • HR qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of best practice in relation to HR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
  • Possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
