Are you a meticulous and organised HR administrator with a knack for handling HR processes and data? We’re seeking a Senior HR Administrator to play a pivotal role in our client’s HR team. As a vital member of our team, you’ll oversee HR operations, ensure precise and timely HR reporting, and manage key HR initiatives. This position primarily centres around Dublin South but demands occasional travel to various locations across Dublin, making car ownership preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Management: Efficiently manage HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and records maintenance.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while maintaining and managing employee records.
  • HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics for analysis, crafting essential HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate on HR projects, from planning to execution, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including timelines and progress reports.
  • Employee Relations: Manage internal investigations and disciplinary meetings, if necessary.
  • Policy Support: Assist in the development, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and general HR topics.
  • Performance Management:  Aid in employee performance management processes, including review scheduling and documentation maintenance.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Undertake additional duties as requested by the HR Director or HR Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HR Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR administration.
  • Legal Awareness: Good understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • IT Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organisational Mastery: Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interactions.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR administration challenges.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills within the HR team and across departments.
