Position: Field Operations Administrator
Duration: Temporary, 3-4 months
Location: Enniscorthy
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: €35K Pro Rata

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Field Operations Administrator to support our clients field operations team. This temporary role is crucial in ensuring our field operations run smoothly and efficiently over the next few months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistical Support: Provide general logistical support to field staff, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during operations.
  • Communication: Serve as one of the points of contact between field staff and office management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support field operations, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Updating of Systems: Keeping up to date with new information from the field staff and customers alike and updating the CRM system and any other spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Ad Hoc: Any other administrative duties the Field Operations Manager may assign to support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a field operations or logistics environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to learn a new software such as a CRM quickly and effectively.
