General Purpose

As a Field Account Manager, you will liaise closely with customers to build long-lasting key relationships in a professional manner and ensure service levels are achieved.

This position is mobile in nature and will particularly suit a well-organised, self-starter who has a structured, professional approach.  You will have a proven ability to think independently, and problem solve whilst also handling multiple projects through to completion.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Have a successful track record in account and service management

Requirements:-

  • Have a full clean driving license and own transport
  • Be prepared to be Garda vetted by customers
  • Must be computer literate
  • Have excellent English
  • Third-level qualification in the appropriate field desirable.
  • Experience is essential, but most of all you’ve got to have passion, responsibility, and pride in what you do.  You will have exceptional business expertise and knowledge of account and service management and you will only accept the best performance from yourself.              

It is a critical position preserving business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the company’s product while in use by the customer.  The successful candidate will be a luminary within the area of customer service and will receive an attractive remuneration package.
