About the Role:
As the right-hand person to the Country Director, you’ll play a crucial role in providing essential support across all sectors of the business. Your professionalism and knack for confidentiality will shine as you coordinate and deliver top-notch administrative assistance to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Step into the executive realm by providing exceptional administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. You’ll manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements like a pro.
- Showcase your organisational prowess by assisting in the preparation of board meetings and company-wide events, including those exciting conferences!
- Act as the communication bridge between the CEO, Board of Directors, and other departments within the company. You’ll be the go-to person for seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Unleash your PR prowess by developing and executing public relations strategies to promote the company and its fantastic products/services. Let the world know how amazing they are!
- Keep your finger on the pulse of PR opportunities, whether it’s media coverage or networking events. You’ll be the master of capitalising on those golden chances to shine.
- Embrace the digital world by maintaining a strong online presence for the company through various channels. Show them how it’s done in the digital realm!
- Stay ahead of the game by staying up to date with industry trends and updates. Your knowledge will be invaluable in driving change and implementing growth strategies.
- Work hand in hand with the CEO and other team members to make a real impact. Your collaborative spirit will be instrumental in taking the company to new heights.
- Take charge of the company’s corporate governance strategy and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They’ll be in safe hands with you!
