Our client based in Citywest is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service department.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day activities in the customer service division.
  • Quickly responding to customer service concerns.
  • Establishing efficient customer service standards, rules, and processes
  • Working with customers to ensure they are utilizing Spectrum effectively and finding value in it.
  • Building relationships with assigned customers and consistently exceeding their expectations with a positive, customer-centric attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a third-level institution (desirable but not essential)
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Customer Service Manager position
  • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player
  • Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred
