Salary: €34k + bonus
Employment: Full-time, Permanent


  • Ownership of Client Service Issues: Take charge of resolving all client service matters by identifying root causes and offering appropriate resolutions.
  • Client Queries and Issues: Investigate and resolve client queries, service issues, and cancellation requests in alignment with SLAs through collaborative discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, focusing on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Database and System Management: Utilize client databases and systems proficiently to effectively investigate and respond to client inquiries.
  • Client Profile Maintenance: Maintain client profiles, update information, and conduct necessary investigations as required.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients via written correspondence, telephone calls, and video calls to address their needs promptly.
  • Onboarding Support: Conducted onboarding calls with new clients, confirmed agreement details, facilitated software platform registration, and scheduled consultations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all onboarding processes and procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Strong skills in building rapport and managing relationships with clients
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain processes clearly and professionally
  • Administration Skills: Strong administrative abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy in written correspondence.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time impeccably, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Proven capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams across various jurisdictions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment would be advantageous.
