My client based in Ballymount, South Dublin are seeking a customer service agent to join their dynamic Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience working in a similar role.
The successful candidate must demonstrate and/or have experience in the following:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service role
- Experience for a utility company would be an advantage / experience within the electricity market preferable
- Manage all inbound calls and resolve all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Have a confident and friendly telephone manner
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer packages
- Have a strong attention to detail, problem solving ability and takes pride in their work
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Requirement to complete ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the business
Extensive training will be provided to each successful candidate.
Salary: €28,000 P/A
Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
